Japanese National Railways C57 form is a tenda type steam locomotive for travelers that 201 cars were produced between for 1937 - 1947. It is got close by a pet name called "the lady" by the elegant, splendid run, and it is a popular high vehicle among the railroad fans. C57 pull 225 trains becoming the steam traction passenger train of the Japanese National Railways last and decorate the crowning beauty with Muroran Main Line on December 14 in 1975. Two cars revive, and C57-1 of West Japan Railway is Yamaguchi line, and C57-180 of JR East is operated in Banetsu-west line now.
